Dave Richards:
Dave comes to San Miguel most recently from the San Francisco Bay Area, where he founded and ran a small VOIP wholesale company called Go Globile. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in networking, tech support and technical training, helping to build and manage networks worldwide. He has experience in both broadband and voice applications. Before that, he spent several years working in the Middle East, in the hotel management world. He has owned and operated microbreweries and restaurants in a past life. He is married to Diane, and has two children, Benjamin 5, and Georgia, who is 3. They both attend Carrusel here in San Miguel.
Jesus Bustamante Campos:
Every one of our customers knows and loves Jesus. He has been with Unisono for four years, and is chiefly responsible for the sterling reputation Unisono has built in both customer service and tech support. During his role as an employee, he ran both the tech support and the customer service departments, and now, as an owner, he will continue to manage those facilities, as well as taking on network deployment duties. As a sanmiguelense, Jesus has lived and worked in San Miguel his entire life. Prior to Unisono, Jesus worked in high tech for a large Mexican corporation. He is married to Guadalupe, and has two children, Carolina 6, and Sofia who is 1 and a half.
Dorian Hernández Amador:
Dorian manages the office, handles the money, and helps the men get organized (not an easy task!) and also manages to find time to run the Internet Cafe as well. Many of our customers may recognize her from her time spent working at Digital PC, where she was a technical sales person. She is the proud mother of Carlitos, who is 7 years old.
Mary Hernández Amador:
Dorian's little sister Mary joined our team several months ago, and brings with her all sorts of experience both technical and design-based. She works primarily as our web designer, and database admin/developer, but also works in both tech support and field support. She is also the owner of a small computer retail company,and she provides us with all of our equipment needs, supplying our clients as well. She can find any piece of equipment in Mexico for the best prices, everything from wireless routers to MP3 players, including computers and laptops.
